My hometown of Damascus and I both love contrasts; Modern & Ancient, Beauty & Pain, Strong & Vulnerable. I like to create imagery that holds these contrasts in all of their glory. I use photography, digital work, and sometimes paint to achieve those visions. Creating those abstract-leaning images from daily life naturally leaves me and many others with many emotions and questions, and that's what my art is about-- you, and however it makes you feel.
